Development and scientific and technical examination of special specifications
In the development requirements of the Federal Law of December 30, 2009 № 384-FL "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures", Item 5 of the sections of the design documentation and requirements for their content approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 № 87 "On the part of design documentation and requirements for their content," as well as the order of Ministry of Regional Development of Russia from April 1, 2008 № 36 "On the order of development and coordination of special technical conditions for the development of project documentation to an object of capital construction" of JSC "STC" Industrial safety " provides a set of works and services in the field of structural design related to the safety and reliability of capital construction objects of increased danger.
This range of activities and services includes the development and implementation of scientific and technical expertise of special specifications, developed at the design stage of capital construction in the absence of regulatory documents to ensure the reliability and security designed facilities or failure of existing regulatory requirements documentation.
Work carried out in constant contact with the Ministry of Regional Development specialists in Russia, which allows to obtain operational explanations and take into account new trends in the industry (members of the Legislative Council of Ministry of Regional Development and Technology are the CEO of Russia Vladimir Kotelnikov, S., and head of building control and non-state project expertise Korolkov Dmitry O.) .
